Ragged Mountain Products are handcrafted technical garments, small variance in sizes may occur. We construct our products with an emphasis on quality, any defects in material and workmanship is guaranteed; failures from normal wear and tear can be repaired for a reasonable charge. All warantee issues are handled at our discretion, and any item sent in for repair/replacement must be clean!!
Return Policy
Returns are accepted for credit or refund with your original receipt up to thirty days after purchase. Returns without receipt, or after thirty days, are for store credit only and at the last sale price for the item. All returns must be in original condition, clean and unused. We reserve the right to refuse a return, no matter how much fun you had using it.
